The Role:

In this role, the IT Manager will also take on DevOps responsibilities for our tech product. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of IT management and cloud infrastructure optimization, driving seamless operations and technical excellence across our organization and client integrations.

DevOps Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Amazon AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

• Build, monitor, and manage alarms, alerts, and performance metrics to proactively address service issues and bottlenecks.

• Set up and maintain logging, tracing, and monitoring systems to track the health and performance of our platforms.

• Implement seamless deployment pipelines and optimize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices in collaboration with the development team.

• Ensure seamless operation of our multi-tenant SaaS environment, including scaling, deployment, and service uptime.

• Conduct cost analysis and manage budgeting for cloud resources, providing scalable and cost-efficient solutions.

• Implement and maintain security best practices across all cloud environments to ensure data protection and compliance.

IT Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure management for both internal operations and client technical integration.

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

• Coordinate the integration of client systems with internal platforms to facilitate efficient workflows and data exchanges.

• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to uphold security standards and regulatory compliance.

• Manage remote-user infrastructure, maintaining connectivity, accessibility, and IT support for distributed teams.

• Administer third-party services and ensure they are optimized for business needs.

• Manage company´s IT equipment, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, distribution, and inventory, ensuring efficient asset utilization.

• Own subscription management for IT and technology services, ensuring cost-effective usage and alignment with business objectives.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure role, with a strong focus on Amazon AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Pulumi or similar).

• Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including securing networks, data encryption, and managing access controls.

• Experience with stress and performance testing to evaluate infrastructure stability under high loads.

• Experience setting up proactive monitoring, alerting, and automated incident response.

• Knowledge of metrics, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack).

• Familiarity with deploying and managing multi-tenant SaaS environments.

• Understanding of system architecture, automation, and best practices in cloud infrastructure.

• Experience working with CI/CD (GitLab) pipelines and automated deployments.

• Fluent in English.
